Four Bases, One Network
Molyfor is building industrial bases in four locations — Yi'an in Tongling, Zongyang in Tongling, the Tongling Chemical Industry Park, and Ningming in Guangxi — advancing in depth along the chain of collection and transport → equipment → regeneration.
Layout in Depth Along Collection → Equipment → Regeneration.
Phase I in Yi'an was completed and commissioned in 2023 as the operating base for hazardous waste collection, storage and disposal. Phase II in Zongyang began construction in June 2025, building an integrated industrial park for smart equipment manufacturing and hazardous waste recovery. Phase III, located in the Tongling Chemical Industry Park, plans 150,000 t/a of waste mineral oil regeneration and comprehensive utilization. In Ningming, Guangxi, comprehensive utilization of 500,000 t/a of agricultural and forestry waste is planned as a southward demonstration.
Each base carries one defined engineering capability and complements the others.
Yi'an District Smart Hazardous Waste Collection and Storage Center
Located in the Yi'an Economic Development Zone of Tongling, Anhui, this is where Molyfor began. Initiated in 2020 and commissioned in 2023 with an annual collection-and-storage capacity of 30,000 tonnes, it has operated stably for two years and is included among the core supporting projects of Tongling's "Zero-Waste City" program. The center handles the collection, sorting, packaging, transport, storage, disposal, ledger and manifest management of hazardous waste, and has served more than 6,000 waste-generating enterprises to date.

- Annual collection-and-storage capacity of 30,000 tonnes, with compliant collection, transport and temporary storage capability for the main categories of industrial hazardous waste (hazardous waste operation license covering 26 categories and 166 sub-categories; specific categories subject to the scope stated in the operating license)
- 268 IoT terminals online across the network (with the Yi'an center as the operations hub), covering the full chain of collection, transport, storage, disposal and reuse
- Stable operation since commissioning in 2023, providing the engineering experience and operating standards for subsequent bases

Modular Replication, Without an Aggressive Timetable.
Molyfor's industrial bases follow a modular design: four capability modules — hazardous waste collection and storage, equipment manufacturing, resource regeneration and platform supervision — can be combined by scenario and configured flexibly to regional conditions.
Regional replication advances in sequence against four conditions — customer density → coordination with government supervision → land and infrastructure → compliance permits — without presetting an aggressive timetable.
Four Capability Modules.

Compliant collection and storage centers for hazardous waste, general industrial solid waste and biomass waste.
Resource Regeneration Module
Regeneration processes and units for waste mineral oil, activated carbon, packaging containers and biomass.
Smart Equipment Module
Manufacturing and packaging of smart terminals, RFID tags, smart weighing and other equipment.
Platform Supervision Module
The "IoT + Hazardous Waste" Intelligent Management Service Platform, covering logistics, information and funds flows.
Regions Currently in Focus.
The industry and policy context for regional replication is maturing: under national plans, "Zero-Waste City" programs are set to cover 60% of cities nationwide by 2027 and reach full coverage by 2035, sustaining demand for regionally coordinated disposal and resource recovery capacity. The Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Waste Transfer (effective January 2022) encourage provinces engaged in regional cooperation to streamline approval of cross-provincial hazardous waste transfers, and Anhui has taken the lead in the Yangtze River Delta by publishing a cross-provincial hazardous waste transfer "whitelist," forming mutual-recognition mechanisms with neighboring provinces and cities.
South China and ASEAN: with the Ningming agricultural and forestry waste comprehensive utilization project in Guangxi as the fulcrum, extending toward South China and ASEAN.
Yangtze River Delta and central China: building on the core region formed by Yi'an, Zongyang and Tongling in Anhui, extending toward waste-generating industries in the Yangtze River Delta and central China.
Other regions: evaluated progressively according to customer demand and regulatory coordination.
